I saw this on Crosswalk.com as I was reading a post on Tony Beam’s blog. I wonder if this guy knew what this picture would be used for when he posed for it.
They probably either have a subscription to some sort of stock photo website, or they bought this picture individually from a stock photo website. Which means that they probably found this asian guy with spiked hair and a pink sweater and thought, “This guys gotta be gay.”

Of course, when he signed a model release and allowed that picture to be uploaded, he released all rights to that image. That means it can be used for whatever, as long as the usage meets the terms under which the customer purchased the image.
But I agree – he probably didn’t mean for THIS to happen!

Comment by Jordan June 20, 2008 @ 8:33 amYou’re hilarious dude, but make a valid point! Who would actually sign up for this gloriified ad? Personally, i think they are stereotyping people who wear pink… i’m glad they didn’t use a pic of me in my pink at my wedding!
Either way i don’t think any one has to answer any questions to this young man… Chances are He’s Methodist!
Have a good one dude!
It’s times like these that I feel the need to make the Sign of the Cross and find some whiskey.
